Anyway...I don't know the full anatomical reason for balls hanging low, but most of the time it's due to the ambient air temperature. If it's cold they pull up tight to stay warm. If it's extremely warm 'down there' they tend to sway in the breeze a bit. Most of the time when I'm on the verge of an orgasm they pull in tight.
