I am not positive what you are asking, but I will take a stab at it. I think, of course, that it is equally important for both people to climax....unless one just isn't in the mood to. Although, I can't see that happening too often. Sometimes my husband will get me to climax before he does...and sometimes he will get me to climax after he does....but we both usually do.

Very Important! I won't get out of the bed if my partner hasn't climaxed...if I finish first, it's oral and hand stimulation to bring her to climax..by then I'm ready to go again and she is super sensitive to touch..it works out great!

My man has always worried more about my orgasms than himself, so I know he looks at it that way. I've never had to fake it! Wow, that makes him more of a man to me. The only time I am concerned with my partners orgasm is when I want to NOT let him have one. That is really rather fun especially before you go out or have friends over. Otherwise, it always seems to happen for him. And BTW, some men can and do fake it.

NEVER faked it. Sorry, but I don't see the point. I look at love making as a nice meal and orgasm is the dessert. It's quite possible to thoroughly enjoy a meal without having dessert. Of course, having dessert is VERY sweet and usually the outcome, but there are occasional times when it's just not going to happen for me due to health issues. DH jumps through hoops trying to make it happen on those occasions, but I have to convince him that it's OK. Otherwise, we'd be at it unsuccessfully ALL night and not be able to walk in the morning. LOL!

That said, in the 20+ yrs. DH and I have been together there have only been about 2 times when DH wasn't able to climax. That was because he was stressed or over tired due to his job.

As far as if my partner's orgasm is important no we just enjoy lovemaking whether we or one or the other come or not.
