if i understand right i think they for the most part are a joyful part of sex. but there are times where somethings that are said just don't fit the moment or the person saying them, so in that case they are a vice.

Wow, poetic. Never been much of a poet myself (not that I haven't tried) because I think too literally. So many different interpretations come to mind, mostly about literal uses of the lips and mouth during sex. If its other than that, you will have to educate me.
