Oh, also, the mascot of my old high school. Wow, they must get a lot jokes about that right now.

I recently saw it defined as "older women" in their 30's (!) with men in their 20's. Since it's a new slang term it is by it's nature imprecise. In general it's an older woman who likes younger men. There is an implication of being predatory but there are an equal number of men who like older women, so I don't think that really applies.

It's a much nicer way than saying MILF.

So what are men called who desire younger women?

So its considered a positive or negative thing?
