Now, first of all, let me say for the record that I understand the need for anonymity. That being said, I still find it a smidge disconcerting that some folks don't put actual pics on their profiles. I was checking out possible TBDers in a store the other day and a lady walks past me twice, smiling both times. She was probably just being polite but it did get me to thinking. What if this was a TBDer who knew me from the site but I didn't know them because they didn't have a pic on their profile? She would have me at a total disadvantage. Furthermore, hell, if you don't have a pic on there and you are from my area, how do I know you are not someone I interact with on a regular basis? Hell for that matter you could be my doctor and she knows as much or more about my anatomy as my wife. Not really a question I guess. Just an observation. And I am not, I repeat AM NOT advocating mandatory pics or anything.
