Do you think that the role played by the rest of the world in stabalizing Iraq has been adequate? Why hasn't the UN, EU taken charge of this nightmare?

I have a feeling that the UN and EU and other countries are steering clear of Iraq at this time so they won't accused of being involved with the mess it has become. I think if/when the US gets out there will be more involvement. I personally think it's probably time for the US to get out and hopefully the UN and others come in and that will help to stabalize the situation there.

And where are the Iraqi's in all of this? They are in the middle! The damned middle! This is what really gets me! They are human beings...Look what we've done to them! For the world to turn it's head for fear or disinterest or self preservation makes them as bad as the US. (I am not yelling at you.
