Do you know someone, anyone, who really does actual work at the DMV?

Generally, they only hire sadists.

Part of the training, of course, is to learn how to keep all people waiting interminably, then send them to the back of the queue on some bureaucratic technicality, then repeat it again.

I've not always been a big fan of the DMV, but the last few times I've been in, they have really been helpful. Maybe it's just our new office in Elk Grove, California...but whatever it is, I really appreciate it.

Not a fan of bureaucracies, but occasionally they do hire good workers.
