I just recently went back to chiropractic care because I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I knew I should of been going all along but because of finances I put it off.
I have Multiple Sclerosis, arthritis, bursitis, injuries to my neck, lower back, left hip and leg.
I went to a chiro quite a bit after each of my car accidents. I usually felt better except for the car wreck in Nov. 1998. My chiro did a great job and it was the same one I had gone to for the previous accident in 92 but this time I was getting worse not better. I knew it wasn't from the accident but I couldn't put my finger on it nor could my chiro. Eventually, I got the diagnosis of MS.
Here I am now is 2008. I have been doing much better over all but ignoring my spine. Now that I have gone back to chiropractic care; I am feeling even better. Plus I will be doing a detox that is to aid with everyday pain such a fibro and arthritis and to help with energy levels that most chronic illnesses zap you of. Has anyone tried chiropractic/holistic care for their chronic pain and/or chronic illness?
