My gut tells me this guy is GUILTY and that he is a wealthy, arrogant, entitled, brat who knows that he will be protected by mommy and daddy. The kid HONESTLY believes that he's going to get a ton of money out of a lawsuit on this. He's messed up in the mind. He's guilty, and he's unremorseful. Did you hear him say that he nearly started crying . . . I thought, 'oh, maybe there's some humanity here after all'. NO, he only wanted to start crying because, "why do these things always happen 'to me'"? Is he KIDDING? I don't use this word lightly, but what a prick!

I had bad feelings about this guy from day one. Looks like I may have been right.

Ya, think about how much pain and suffering this young man has created! Anybody who would act like that on tape concerning such a tragedy has got to be a crazy asshole. And once again this issue is up for debate! The Halloway family must be at their wits end with this new development.

I'm guessing that he gave her GHB (the date rape drug) and that's what made her so sick. Then when he was done with her he walked away only to discover that he had poisoned her and that she was dying. Why else would he not call for help?

I'm sure something like that went on... those were my thoughts too... why just toss her out like garbage if she was dead or dying, unless he had something to hide?

The guy is an asshole. First he drags the Halloway family through hell, then he subjects the entire world with the tyranny of his pathological stupidity!

And to blame this whole mess on being stoned on reefer? Ya gotta be kidding me!!!
