In this article it states that the FEMA trailers are health hazards and that the CDC is advising that people move OUT of them.
1) Why are they still living in trailers?
I thought that the folks who wanted to work and wanted to rebuild N.O. would have LONG since been put to work clearing up the mess and making new houses. Why haven't they? Is it local corruption? Is it because folks didn't have insurance to help them rebuild? What's the scoop?
2) Where did these trailers come from?
Are they substandard? Or, are all trailers manufactured in such a way as to be unsafe?
3) Where will they go?
