I think you're perfectly safe. I think there is a fine line between flirting and friendship between members of the opposite sex and one often blurs the line between both. 2 Hail Mary's and an Our Father should clear up any sins you may have committed :)

What is considered cheating is between you and your spouse. Second, even people with heart conditions can have intimacy if not necessarily sexual intercourse. Having this discussion with him might be a way back to intimacy.
