I just found out my son is allergic to the following:
Eggs, gluten (wheat, spelt, most flours), milk, soy, and
pineapple. He sooooo loved pineapple!
Vegies, meat, most fruits, rice or quinoa pasta are our main dishes, along with buckwheat cereal, oatmeal, and of course he is not allergic to honey. Thank the gods:) Helps sweeten the oatmeal.
While proving to be expensive, we are having good luck with our new foods. Baking with new ingredients is our next challenge....egg replacer, flax seed....
Anyone else experimenting with allergies and new foods? A yummy fluffy moist gluten-egg-soy-dairy free recipe for Gourmet Hamburger buns would be GREAT!
Success stories?
I notice he is in a better mood, his allergy eyes look much better, he seems to be breathing better and more stamina since changing our "diet".

Life is good!
