How about talking about some of our favorite Love Positions for Valentine’s Day?
I’d love to get some discussion going, including tips and pointers, about everyone’s favorite sex positions. I’ve got a third book on the Kama Sutra coming out in April and it focuses on 64 positions. So I know a lot about positions but what I don’t know is what really works for those of you who actually try new positions. It’s an incredibly popular topic but I’m not sure what percentage of the population gets adventurous with sex positions. Trying new positions is one of the best ways for couples to break down communication barriers because you have to actually talk when one of you suggests something new.
Trying new positions can be erotic, fun and sometimes downright silly. Occasionally a couple will find a positions so perfect they will venture into a more mystical, if you will, connection with each other. Trying new positions can also backfire if you don’t keep the energy playful, so set the intention to go into it with a smile on your face.
I like to put sex positions into six major categories. Those are; man on top, woman on top, rear entry, lying down, standing up and everything else (like sex on your favorite overstuffed arm chair). Within these six categories are literally thousands of variations. I’m going to propose using five of these categories over the next five days – let’s leave out the standing ones, shall we? I don’t want anyone to get hurt! Let’s leave the furniture ones for last so hold your horses ‘till then but save up your stories, tips and pointers please.
This camp will last for five days. And, since the Kama Sutra was written as part of the SCIENCE of the whole-life philosophy Eastern cultures hold dear, let’s keep this discussion on a high-note, please. It will help if you actually practice some of these first!
