Well just for fun! Lets take a vote! Lets also count all our friends and family in this too so we have a wider range.
I live in a state where it is not legal so being a mom, I wont take that chance. However I have family who live in states that make it legal. I agree that it should be, it works for those states that have legalized it.
I have at least 12 members who vote yes!

Of all the mean spirited things I COULD be called on here, you had to go associate me with cops. :) Honestly, though, just a teacher in the JuvJus system and certainly not a cop (my mama raised me better than that). But seriously, why would anyone willingly turn over their "recreation," "lifestyle," "right to pursue happiness" to the friggin' federal government? (I assume those in favor mean to legalize it federally and not just within their individual states, I mean, if it's just a state thing and it means that much, move to a friggin' state that has legalized it.) Because that's where it will end up--with the federal gov't. Now I don't smoke the shit and won't but I'm hard pressed to think of anything the feds "control, manage, regulate, etc" that eventually doesn't get fouled up, over priced, become of a piss-poor quality, regulated to death or friggin' taxed to death. Besides, ain't half the fun feelin' like you're gettin' away with something?
