We all know the rotisserie chicken trick (buy it, and shred it for pastas or tacos or sandwiches...) but we just discovered really good frozen pasta dinners by Bertolli.
We actually saw them being heavily plugged on Top Chef. The chefs had to taste them and figure out how to do something similar. And most of them said this product tasted pretty good. So we tried our first bag tonight. We had the shrimp linguine -- it had baby shrimp, sliced garlic, and roasted bell peppers. And shockingly, it tasted fresh and creamy. If anything, we complained that the bag said it was for two people and my husband and I wanted more!
But I'd love to hear about any other quick and convenient dinners... we're working parents and while we love to cook, weeknights can be a real crunch.
