I have to comment on these releases next weekend. Hell Boy, the original movie was a blast. I really like the concept (?), it was different and I remember my brother's comic book collection of Hell Boy growing up.

But, Journey is on the top of my list because it's in 3-D. I love 3-D movies and it will be my son's first one. So just to sit back and see his reaction to this movie will be the best.

Hell Boy has too many creepy, ugly, gooey, funky looking things in it for me. Looks like something teenage boys would really get into.

Journey is in 3-D? That really sounds interesting. Not too many of them out there. They need to make more of that for the summer releases. Would bring people back to the theaters. I loved them when I was growing up.

Looked at the trailer/website for Hell Boy II and it looks good.

Luna, Journey also has some creepy, ugly, gooey funky looking stuff too! But the plus is the 3-d. You'll see it up close and personal! LOL!!!!

Both websites look good.

Meet Dave looks to be a comedy for kids or maybe I'm biased. Jokes look like something for kids anyway.

Journey is best bet of the week.

LOL Jose! I did look at the trailer for Journey/Earth. And you're right! And the 3-D is what I'd rather check out anyhow. Dragging my guy to see this with me!

I'm gonna peek in to see the trailer of Hell Boy and I hope I don't regret it! LOL!!!

Good flicks next weekend. But it's strange how my kids reacted to both Hell Boy and Journey to the Center of the Earth--Journey for short.

With Hell Boy, my son were like 'cool!' But the girls were screaming!

With Journey, they all liked it, even though it had monsters, and what Luna said.

Guess it could be the way the story's told? Or the way it was shot?

Hell Boy is dark and menacing. Journey looks colorful and brighter? Just a crazy obs.

Agree that Journey is the better choice.

May wait for DVD of HB.

I think so, Zen. HB is darker, but funny, not for everyone type of movie!

JTTCOE is more family oriented. The wonder and awe outweighs the shock factor.

Have any of you seen the Meet Dave trailers yet? If so what are your comments on that one? I know trailers don't do a great job of telling you what to expect, (with the exception of Batman) but just as a un offficial poll

Well, E, the trailer from the website had some really funny stuff in it, but I really need to see some more clips and read some reviews before I can tell.
