Hello sleepy and none sleepy heads,

How are the zzzzzzzzzzz's going for you? Well for me..........lately I haven't been able to get sleepy enough, at night, to get in the bed at a decent time. The next day, I am so tired, I actually have to make myself get things around the house done and as the day presses on--I can't get tired enough to go to sleep. Sounds crazy, huh, well it is very big bother for me and I am at my witts end with this crap. This will probably go on for about another week or so and then I will have to deal with being sleepy all the time, with the way my luck goes. Well just needed to complain and get it off my chest. I also wanted to check in and say.................hello,

ladybugg my husband had the trouble of not getting a full nights rest and of course it does affect the spouse too. He did go through the process of the sleep disorder overnight stay and eventually had the surgery. The surgery is extremely painful, but after recovery he was and is able to sleep through the night without the problems of stopping breathing and the loud snoring. Snoring does occur sometimes still, not as often.

Hello, Flag_lady,

I haven't been recommended for that surgery, yet. I have heard that it is quite painful, though. A friend of mine had to have it and I felt so sorry for her. She seems to be doing much better. I have a c pap machine that I use, but not every night, because it gives me a headache.Thank you for joining the group and if I can help you in anyway, please don't hesitate to let me know.............................ladybugg.
