I echo Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, and will add Firefly (gotta love that Joss Whedon). Also Bones. Going back a bit, I love Get Smart and the short lived Wonderfalls. Good stuff. Oh yeah, and Smallville still holds my interest.

I agree, Joss is boss! And how did I not mention Smallville?! Ditto Bones.

Yeah, and I'm waiting for Joss's new show next season, "Dollhouse," and starring Faith from Buffy (Elizabeth Dukishu or some such spelling) :-)

I love Trek too, just got Series 1-7 of DS9 on DVD also lurve Dr. Who and Torchwood (do you get Torchwood in the US?) Also enjoyed Buffy and yet to try out Angel.

If you liked Buffy, give Angel a try, at least the first three seasons. It's a little darker and more adult than Buffy but holds up fine as a series.
