If you're a Jane Austen freak (like me) and haven't already heard, PBS's Masterpiece Theater will be running Jane Austen movies for the next few months:

And yes, that means Colin Firth's version of Pride and Prejudice (my all time favorite). I unfortunately already missed Persuasion, but I don't love that one as much as the others (I hate how Anne is treated all through the beginning of the book).

Film: it's a tie between the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice and Emma Thompson's Sense and Sensibility
