Hello and good morning from another Dallasite LOL

I'm really not sure how to answer your question as I've never really had a 'best friend'. I know there are a lot of great people out here and in Dallas too.

I'm at a point where I am 'rediscovering' my life at this late stage. I do hope you find what you are looking for and in the meantime feel free to vent away!

I sympathize with both Texas Diamond and Carol Ray. I haven't had a best friend since I was a teenager. Some things that are just so easy and natural for some people are so difficult for others. As my therapist (who I would like to say is a friend, but I'm sure she would object) would say, people are wired differently. I think part of it is you having that friend, and part of it having them consider you their best friend. I'm rediscovering my life as well. A friend would be very much appreciated.

I'm always looking for new friends and one never knows what kind of friendship develops...I have friends that I pass simple carefree emails and conversations with and I have those that know me deeper than any one else. Feel free to add me to your friends and know that I'm only an email message away.

Hey, where have you guys been, I've been looking myself lol! It seems the older I get the more I long for that one true best friend, that puts up with me no matter what. I'm an easy-going person most of the the time, good grief you think it would be much easier than this!!! I have to say though, I tend to make friends wherever I go, so I have a lot of good friends, but I want to have that best bud too -- I guess that makes me a little selfish lol! Any who, I'm here if you ever want to talk, I listen as well as I talk, and at times that's a lot lol! Keep in touch!
