What college degree are you going for? Have you enrolled? Going to college is a perfect time to explore your passions or find a field that excites you. Degree or no degree, your excitement will take you farther than anything. Does your job reflect an interest in computers and software? Great field. Many opportunities.

May I teach you something? Whether it is "others" or "foibles", when you're talking about more of one of anything, the word doesn't need an apostrophe -- that little mark before the "s". That mark means either 1) that something belongs to somebody -- example: Bob's nose. Or, 2), the word is a shortened version of two words -- example: It's nine o'clock, for "It is nine o'clock." English is a quirky language, so there's an exception: "its" comes before something that belongs to "it." example: The dog wagged its tail. Crazy, no? But true. Look it up.

I have let work consume me. I have not been here for a couple of weeks. I have no idea why I added an apostrophe to foibles. It's a plural, and it wasn't necessary. Odd.

My 'real' interest is in theater. I have not see any kind of online school for that major. I would not expect to either.

The two schools that I have narrowed it down to are Granite State, which I believe is in New Hampshire, and Marylhurst in Oregon. Both schools have a "create your degree" program. My biggest obstacle is work. My busiest times of the year, are when schools start their sessions. I work 60 hour weeks in January, August and September. My normal week is 50 hours.

My interests are broad. If I had my druthers, I would not choose any classes in Education, IT or Management. However, if I do not choose a degree close to my field, then will I move up in the vocation I am currently working? What will my BA in Drama get me? (Just rhetorical questions I ask myself.)
