information on financial aid, CLEPS, getting credit for life experience, and much more. It was strange returning to college at this time in my lie, but also wonderful. I'm on to graduate work.
The college I attended was Vermont College Union Institute. I highly recommend it. It is a distance degree low residency program. This means you have to go to Vermont 2 times a year for a week. I can think of worse things! The undergraduate program really is more like graduate work in that you pick and design your study. It was amazing. Not for every of course. You can design y our study around anything, and it can change from semester to semester.
The journal can be found at http://www.perpetuallearner.blogspot.com/ and goes for about 3 years. Not much in the last year since graduation, but I guess it will have to get going again as I am going back to Vermont in August and hope to try and barter for graduate tuition at a different college. You see I have created a sculpture of one of the professors at vermont college http://www.dickhathaway.blogspot.com and have been talking to Goddard College about trading a life size bronze of the founding president of Goddard College 1901-1986 Royce Stanley Pitkin for my graduate tuition. I probably should apply before going back to Vermont and talking to them further on this subject. Wish me luck.
