(P.S.--Snoring can be a sign of sleep apnea, a dangerous condition. Does he stop breathing momentarily when he's snoring? If so, *please* get him to a sleep study clinic ASAP. It helped save my life and my marriage.)

Write them a love letter and deliver it personally. It's worked once for me. Nothing like a written love letter, in ink on parchment paper, no computer stuff. Write from the heart.

My wife would sympathize with you. When I was getting only 1-2 hrs sleep a night, I was no fun to live with.

I wasn't talking about him changing his habits, I didn't know anything about them from your first post.

If he frequently feels exhausted in the morning, it's a good sign his snoring is interfering with his sleep.
