Through a side conversation I was having with a fellow Grumper, both of us talked about plans to unwind from our grumpy day. Both of us are getting take-out food for dinner. There will be comfy clothes. Maybe a hot, relaxing bath for one of us. There was a wish for a traveling massage therapist. Some bad TV viewing.
What do you do to degrumpify? Sex? Ice cream? Oh, that gives me an idea... Sorry, I digress. Anyway, is there a sure-fire way to get to your happy, ungrumpy self?
