i have this entire weekend to myself. and i am doing this to nurture myself and refill my creative juices:

i am ignoring the clock. the clock is not my boss and will not dictate what i do today.

i am skipping church. i am not up for social games.

i am eating whatever i want, whenever i want.

i am pretending i am not home, even tho i am home, i am away.

that's just a start. if i think of more, i will be back.

Today I am taking time out to enjoy communicating with others on TeeBeeDee. I also am into great book which I don't allow myself time for too often. Some day I will take a hiking vacation with others who enjoy the same.

So do what you want to when you want to, eat what you want to and have a great non-planned weekend!

Just for me, I cancelled my appointment and I'm sittin here in crummy teeshirt and jeans, stocking feet, just playing on the computer. It's a gloomy day in washington, the perfect time to be a bum. I'm having cheesecake for breakfast!

last week was not the best of weeks, so this weekend, although i had thought of many things (chores) that i could do, i was inspired by my good friend, rosiebear, to do for me only. so i've had deep dish chicago pizza, watched movies that make me laugh and have stayed away from the news and newspapers. i too am not home and only my kitty knows i really am as she continues still to insist on being fed occasionally - in between her incredibly long naps. she brings me all good feelings though and thank god she can't talk. it really is a blessing. (talking can be overrated at times. purring, never.)
