I am new to this group, but live in The Tri Cities (sucks to be me! Ha) where the wind never stops and it rains mud!

Hi jk ~ well the Tri Cities are not bad I don't think... it never rains here much and is always dry... we need some rain but don't see any in the forecast!!! Ok, I was just kidding, I happen to LOVE the tri-cities... for the future.

I was near there at the last "River Fest" (I think that is what it was called) and was shocked at how great it is. I have been back to camp and what not.

However the drive over.......a REAL snooze! And climb!

Oh, no rain complaints from YOU, I got out and went to SEATTLE, wanna see my new web toes? Oh and the photo of me, I KNOW I LOOK tan, but it is just RUST from all of OUR rain!

At least you can have FUN in MUD!

Hi Kristin! I am about midway just about equal to Fruitland ID, if you know where that is... I live in Ontario Oregon about 5 minutes from the ID border going into Fruitland.

HMMM really not orginally from Oregon, where is Beaverton?

I grew up in Eastern Washington, in "Othello". I think it's about 60 miles from the Tri-Cities. I like the summers there--nice and warm and dry.

I'm in Portland. It's raining today...what a surprise.
