In response, Yes i do belive, there is ghost. I think that i have one in my house right now, because my TV is all ways turned off at 3:am, "by the Ghost" that's in my house. Also Ive had my radios up stairs and down stairs in my house turned on and off, in the late night. ive live at this residents for ten years, and it always happening. Im use to it actually.

I have also seen ghosts. In fact my brother walks up and down the hall and sometimes stops just to smile at me.

Lately I have been seeling apparitions of old houses on the back side of our land. What I can see from the house that is.

I have had visits from my mother many times since she passed away in 1990. My daughter says that she can "smell" the scent of my mother's house in her own home. She believes that Mom is coming around to see the G-grandkids she didn't live to see in life.

Hi. Thank you very much for sharing your experience with me. I too like your family member have smelled aromas in my home many times. That is a psychic response some people have them some do not. Also your visions of old homes near or around your property come from the energies of the people who once inhabited those areas. IT shows that their spirits are still in the area with unfinished business here. They haven't yet crossed over to the other side. Many ghosts that are still here with us not only have unfinished business here but they are also not believing that they have passed away. They think they are still alive and they choose to be among the living. Until they fully realize that they are really dead and accept that they will remain with us. Now I am not saying that anyone you know is in that state with there after life no. They may just as well be making visits to see things they weren't there to see in life yes? However they could also be guardians over your home. Getting back to my experience with smells in my home. Many times I have smelled th fragrance of Roses in my home. Well Roses was my mom's favorite flower. She also used to wear a fragrance when I was a child called Roses Roses Roses created by Avon. When I smell that fragrance in the room I often will ask if anyone else smells it too. Often I am alone in smelling that fragrance and no one else smells it at all. I even feel the presence of spirits and ghosts when they are near me. I have sensed when there were evil spirits in or near by to a place like a home or a building. It is a bit weird but it does occasionally happen. Having the ability to see apparitions isn't necessarily a bad thing it can be a good thing. Spirits are all around us. They manifest in many ways (smells being only one of many). The trick to being a good medium is recognizing thoughts that do NOT come from within you. As that occurs, more and more awareness of other realities developes. Learn to recognize synchronicities. Your mother's favorite book "appears" at a critical time in your life. It could be her reaching out to comfort you.The spirits of departed loved ones often visit in dreams.

How does one actually learn to use their ability as a medium I have never been taught how to use it or how to connect to it for the most part. There are times that I get a message for someone else or that I sense something about someone and I am dead on the money. Often people do not know how I know these things about them but I do. Just yesterday a friend of mine online sent me an email. I got back to her as soon as I could after getting it. I sensed that she had a new love in her life and I told her about long before she told me. I don't know how I knew or how I got this information or why I just did. I also knew that she had turmoil going on in her life and she never told me anything about it previously. I also knew she was a grand parent of a grandson and she never mentioned that to me either. How is it that I know about these things? Why have I been chosen to gain randomly the knowledge of things and about certain people and not about just everyone? I do not know the answer to this. How do I hone my own powers of medium ? I know not of these things. Why do I have times where I have messages for others and other times I have nothing at all? I find this for me very confusing.

Like everything it takes training and practice. I use "shamanic journeying" as my vehicle to "open" myself. You may want to visit a spiritualist church in your area. Part of their worship service is giving "messages" to the congregation. I have found some of these people to be extremely accurate. But, you may have to search a while to find the "real deal" in a medium.

I cannot "call up" any thing of a psychic nature at will. Things will just come to me unbidden.

One of my grandsons also has this ability and his mother and I encourage him as much as we are able. He told him mother that he had talked to his twin brother at least once. He had one of those disappearing twins with him. He even told her the twin's name. This child is 9 years old so we do encourage him to try to develop his gift.

I knew that my brother was dead long before his wife called me to tell me. I had been hearing that call in my mind for about 2 weeks before he actually died. Sometimes I wonder if I could have prevented his death had I told about the information earlier.

I must say that it is great to be able to talk to others who are true believers.
