Anyone out there on Lamictal?

I've been taking it for about 2 1/2 months. I'm wondering how others are reacting to it, maybe some of you who've been on it for longer than I have. I THINK it's helping me, sort of. I just don't know. Still have bad times.

I am taking it and it seems to kill the depression but I am bipolar II so the mania side is just mental directivity like to writing obsessively or wanderlust or photography editing and it doesn't help with that.

I have taken Lamictal for 2 years, 200mg in the morning. I also take a ad/maoi and klonopin. Best I have felt in years.

I have been a large regimen of bipolar medications for years now..I am currently on Lamictal 100mg twice a day, Seroquel 400mg three time a day,Tegretol 200mg 3 xday,xanax 2mg 4xday YES 4xday,atarax 25mg 4xday,effexor 100mg 3xday,ambien at bedtime....and I am on a whole bunch of other meds from my PCP. I can't tell if any of the psych meds are really working. I have been on so many that I can tell anymore. I just feel like I am here a hollowed out shell going thru the motions...go figure they are running out of meds for me to keep trying I am catching up to out pace the drug companies making the drugs
