We pray for those sons and daughters deployed in military service, here and elsewhere throughout this world.

As they serve as brave soldiers and peace-keepers, keep them safely under your wings. Protect them from harm and danger, and in the midst of their strife, may you continue be their peace.

O Strong Deliverer, deliver us all from evil, and grant us your peace.

I pray daily for our troops. I will add your son specifically to that prayer list. I will pray for him and those with him. I will pray for strength, peace, and plenty for his family. And I will add a special prayer (often) for you. What a mixture of emotions you must feel . . . pride and fear . . . focus on being proud of your brave son. Give the fear to God.

Lord, may all who are in service to our country receive the blessing of Thy Grace. May Your heavenly guardians guide them and protect them each and every step of their way. Through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit I pray. Amen.

He will be in our prayers, in our Church we pray all the time for our military. I have had people go over there, my great nephew was there and is going again. God keep all of them safe and give their families strength to endure the separation. Our thanks and prayers always with all of them who protect our freedom.
