I ask this question because it seems after juggling two jobs, studying and taking care of self, spouse, children and others, keeping house and everything else together, as we age it seems there is more to do in less time, or too much to do in the same time. How did we do them all before? What has compressed and what has expanded?
The stress does not seem to be less, even with an empty nest...not quite a rhyme!
Has anyone been trying to figure out what the rush is about and what has piled up to fill in the space left by other things that took up our time? Shout! Let me hear from you! Is your work-life balanced?
What does that look like?
I am a Life Transitions Coach, as you know, and the struggle seems to be going on every where, but there are ways and means and they are very simple. I am listening.
