I notice that many of the people who enter the network sites like Tee Bee Dee complain of not having enough time to keep up with discussions and respond to their friends. Well, that is the very reason that I never wanted to join any Network group because I too found I have 'too much on my plate' to keep up. TBD is only one of a hundred things I do. What I would like to ask those who choose to join a group is to just set aside a time, even once per week to peruse that Group and respond spontaneously to whatever is of interest, just to keep in touch. When you really need to talk to someone, they might have given up and there will be no one there.
In fact, the very things that we think may be using up our time, may be the very source of our inspiration, strength, ad hoc and unexpected means to get to where we want to go. As a Life Transitions Coach I am hoping that people will find time to talk to me, so that the very concerns and needs that are keeping them 'off-balance and overwhelmed' can be aired and worked on.
I know that at this stage of life, it always seems like 'time is running out' or has run out, but golly gee! Let's create some beautiful times here and now and enjoy! Some feedback, please.
