I don't really look at age, unless it is really young. I just like people in general who think young. Stay on top of the latest technology, music, fashion, news, etc......

The majority of the men who approach me online are younger, some as young as 40 who I immediately reject. At 71 I Have dated someone as young as 55, I prefer someone just a bit older in the 58 to 65 year range. I Have ask them why they prefer older women and almost all of them say that they prefer them to the younger ones because they are more mature and that they are disgusted with the way some of the younger women behave these days. That may not hold true to all , but that is what I have been told.

I like a sexy self confident mature woman--someone who has maybe been around the block a time or 2 and knows what she wants and likes--I dont mind showing younger women a thing or 2--and no I dont know EVERYTHING--but its so much more refreshing to be with an older women that maybe hasnt had a younger guy show her a few things that maybe she has been missing out on--same goes for the older woman--maybe she can show the younger guys what they need to learn--so it goes both ways...I just think older women are sexy--not to say younger women arent sexy--I feel younger women like younger men--older woman like to take their time and enjoy -----maybe I am going in circles here and not making much sense--just how I feel--Both younger and older women have things to offer a guy--I guess it just depends on what we all have to offer each other......I tend to agree with curiousone--some--and I mean SOME younger women are too self confident and are a little bit to selfish to understand OLDER relationships--but I do stay on top of the other stuff that Blondie was talking about--I think young at heart but dont feel it as much--lol

I have always preferred older women, possibly because the two major influences in my life are my grandmother and mother.

Maybe it's because I live in southwest Florida where we have an abundance of single, attractive women over 50.

But I believe it is because a relationship with an older woman is much easier.

There is no power struggle because the younger naturally defers to the elder. Because they have been through the ringer, older women tend to have a more relaxed attitude toward life. (This fits really well for a 47 yo man who has on many occasion been accused of having a Peter Pan complex and a life of Riley existence!) They also seem to have a sense of renewed curiosity. It is amazing how many women I meet at bookstores and professional seminars that I end up sharing a cup of coffee and a great conversation.

And last but certainly not least - the sex is PHENOMENAL, HOT & FREQUENT!!!

I'm a poor judge of age by looks, maybe on account of I look younger than I am. that said, the 2 best-looking women in the office I work in are gorgeous early 20's and adorable mid 60's. If I were single and wanted to ask one of them out, I would choose the elder simply because she smiles more often and I think she'd be the more interesting conversationalist. Both have sex appeal. However, the younger's appeal is entirely physical, while the elder's is more internal.
