Ecclesiastes 3:11 says that God 'has set eternity in the hearts of men.'
As a result, despite our search, without a relationship with God, we will feel empty and unfulfilled because, there's a Christ shaped vacuum in us that only God can satisfy.
Possessions won't fill it, nor will success, relationships, or even religion. Only through a vibrant relationship with God can this void be filled, but before such a relationship can be established, we need to face a serious problem.
Here’s what the Bible says about all of us:
"There is none righteous, not even one; There is none who understands, There is none who seeks for God; All have turned aside, together they have become useless; There is none who does good, There is not even one." Romans 3:10-12
