I'm going to explore my own country first, maybe take a whole year with no set itinerary and take all the 'back roads'. I would love to interview a few people in each town, on videotape, questioning what they love most and worst of their town. Where they'd like to live if they could choose, and so forth... I bet I would get most saying they're fine to stay where they are.

Eventually I'll be overseas for missionary work.

As for me and my town - bleh - I'd rather live in Seattle. Oddly enough, I don't mind change and could even handle moving again. (Did I just say that out loud?)

I have started with exploring my own town this past year. This community has put forth much effort along the riverfront to keep many areas wild but still accessible. I bought a couple sets of binoculars and took off with a variety of child relatives. Here are a few photos.

I have been to every state but Alaska and I will be 62 this month. So need to get up there once.

My problem is that I have no one who wants to go. Guess I will have to join a singles cruise.
