Our sunrises are not that spectacular...but our sunsets are great. Still, to catch it at JUST the right moment....breathtaking!!

Here we get more of the ice on things, which make things look crystal covered...of course, thankfully, it rarely lasts more than a few days (although the destruction can last for weeks). I'll see if I can come up with some pics from our last bout...

Some of these cropped funny in the upload...they are from 2 winters ago, at our house. We had an ice storm, then snow come on top of it, so it was really pretty.

There's something about fresh snow areas that make me believe that the area is untouched. Very beautiful photo, you really captured serenity and unknown beyond photo type of view. I love this kind of photo because it leaves my mind to wonder and explore.Thanks , Kirstie

This is a pic I ran across about a month ago. Thought it was pretty cool. It is of a volcano erupting during an electrical storm.(somewhere in South America if I remember right)
