Do I have to live in NY city to be a member here?

I live in Albany, NY, the capital of the great State of NY.

And furthermore I live right in the Capital block of NY. My apartment is in the shadows of the capital and state buildings.

Now do I qualify?!

Oh yes, do we ever have politics here in Albany, NY!

However we have The Egg here, also right in this block.

It is a Performing Arts Center. And we have SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) just north of here in Saratoga, NY. Horse racing, NY City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra each summer.

Also we have the Times Union Center right next to my building-home to many local sports teams and a venue for many, many international performers years round.
