I am someone who is the same in person,on the phone,online.One thing I've learned is to consider what I'm saying before I hit that enter button.
If someone is insulting me or name calling,ignore them.And don't find yourself doing the same thing.I should say I know it,but need to practice it.
Common sense can go right out the window.
