There are various things you can do. I think it's easier if you are male. Masturbation with or without the help of porn can take a lot of the pressure off. The best situation is to find a "buddy with benefits" who is in the same boat...ie: in a sexless marriage, wants sex but also for whatever reason, wants to stay married. At least for the foreseeable future. Prostitutes can be a nice treat now and then but if the spouse keeps track of the bank accounts this can be difficult.

I think a combination of all these things can keep you going in a sexless marriage.

Masturbation does help take the pressure off but it gets old fast. The buddy with benefits could be a great thing, but the older you get the harder they are to find. The buddy's you neet on line always seem to be on the other side of the US. Prostitution is illegal and risky because of law enforcement and STDs. But you are may be right in thinking a combination of all these things can help you survive in a sexless marriage.
