Just re-read Ursula LeGuin's "Left Hand of Darkness," a book that just keeps getting better. I'm looking for John Varley, since I lost my copies of "Steel Beach" and others.

John Varley, another great author. Really should read 'Titan' again... I have a copy stashed away somewhere (probably in a box in the attic though... lol)

I was recently given a huge box of back issues of Asimovs Sci fi magazine. I am working my way through a treasure trove of great short stories and novellas.

Finished rereading The Hogfather and Good Omens. Now I'm taking a week to read Love in the Time of Cholera.

'Ender's Game' by Card.

I love Orson Scott Card, but just read a new one, not connected to his other universes. It's called "Empire," but I can't recommend it at all, except as a window into his current concerns. Even great writers stumble.
