Well...

I *think* my daughter still believes, but she was helped by me. On the other hand, I've described fairies to her as spirits that inhabit a parallel world. Essentially, nature spirits.

I've also contemplated if our stories about fairies are descended from our remote ancestors interaction with the other hominids we once shared the planet with. Similarly, ogres, goblins, giants etc. may have come from those ancient memories.

Of course there are Fairies. They are the reason I am who I am. I have only caught a glimpse of one out of the corner of my eye. True beauty

The gnomes in my garden tell me there's no such thing as fairies.

You asked what my, Fairies looked like the Bedroom Fairy loves romance, she is the color of warm candle light and she keeps the candles going all night long, her sister the Jewelry Fairy love to straighten up my jewelry even though it's mostly fake she like to wear it too. She is the color of clear amethyst and she sparkles.
