As a young girl I always felt different. I felt completely different than my siblings and gravitated to totally unexpected things and interests than they were involved in. I remember sitting in the dark of my bedroom when I was 5 wondereing about life. There was no one to share my thoughts with and it was as I look back in retrospect a difficult childhood. As an adult, I have had too many experiences to mention that truly make me realize there is definitely something true and extraordinary about the Indigo person.
On a professional note, I am a Grief Recovery Specialist and find that working with clients I am able to sense all the help available or the person that has died. As Indigo it is overwhelming on many levels to be so sensitive as it distracts me from doing ordinary tasks like sorting through papers. However, I think it affords me the opportunity to be an effective counselor.
On the upside, I find that I am able to accomplish so many things! I just published a beautiful hardcover book - Leaving With Love: Eternal Messages From The Heart, a book that transforms into a personalized keepsake...a time capsule!
