President Jimmy Carter. 39th President of the United States of America. 1977 – 1981
Likely one of the most disastrous presidencies in our history. Jimmy Carter was absolutely one of the worst presidents in the 20th century, his legacy continues today.
There were serious setbacks, to Jimmy’s presidency. The Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. The seizure as hostages of the U. S. embassy staff in Iran dominated the news during the last 14 months of the administration. The consequences of Iran's holding Americans captive, together with continuing inflation at home, contributed to Carter's defeat in 1980. Even then, he continued the difficult negotiations over the hostages. Iran finally released the 52 Americans the same day Carter left office.
Incidentally, that was the day Ronald Reagan took over the Presidency, the rest is now history, and oh how I long for another “Cowboy President”, like Ronnie. Amen.
But back to Jimmy “The Traitor” Carter. It was reported on NewsMax today that Jimmy Carter reveals details of Israel’s nuclear weapons including how many they have in their arsenal. This is a totally traitorous act indeed, it is traitorous without question, yet the impotent bureaucrats will not act in the best interest of America, shameful indeed. Carters recent trip to the middle east as a private citizen and meeting with the leader of the militant Hamas movement in Syria in April. The government should confiscate his passport as a first step in muzzling this old fool.
Then the silly old man, obviously all full of himself goes and lays a wreath of red roses at the grave of Palestinian Liberation Organization leader Yasser Arafat in Ramallah. Un-American and Traitorous activity if I ever saw it.
What is Jimmy thinking? He should have just stayed on with Habitat for Humanity, at least there he may have done some good. What I feel should be done is... Jimmy should be arrested on charges of treason, crimes against the American people and tried, found guilty and imprisoned in his presidential library for the rest of his life.
I could also easily see putting a shock collar on this mad dog and a muzzle too.
Jimmy Carter is a total embarrassment to the American people, then and now. Of course he was a Democrat.
