I know we already have at least two strong strings flaming on the subject already. However, in an effort to pull up from the 2 man tennis match and to offer a fresh set of perspectives here we go....
How about we limit this area of the debate to "voting record" and "actions"....
For example McCain and Obama are battling over what THEY WOULD DO if elected about gas prices and energy policy.
I think it would a healthier exercise and more informative/telling to examine what they have done?
Another example...the budget has been overspent for multiple years while these two were Senators (and if you ask them "effective Senators") while the lion share of the budget process falls to the house...the Senate plays an approval role. So the question naturally falls..."daddy what did you do in the Senate during the spendthrift era?"
In this context "daddy" can be replaced with "candidate"
So Fromz, Mwhite...have at it
What's the record?
PS; Please everyone else, get in and not let this degrade into spy v spy

I know you promised to kill the rabbit, but your record suggests otherwise
