Man steals dog from wheelchair, which owner is pushing
We're not sure why a man from Pennsylvania was walking on Route 13 near Nassawadox, Va. — perhaps he was headed to the nearby Machipongo Clam Shack? — nor do we know why he was pushing a wheelchair, in which sat his Jack Russell Terrier. But we do know that Christopher James, 35, of Exmore allegedly ran up to the man, said, "Give me your dog or I'll shoot," then took off with the terrier.
