Seersucker Social: Area dandies gather, wear seasonal fabrics, enjoy lawn sports

Woodley Park residents Robert Spalding and his wife Donna are at their first Dandies & Quaintrelles social event. Robert, who's a Librarian at the Library of Congress, is wearing his grandfather's seersucker suit while Donna is wearing her great-grandmother's dress.
