Novelist Ken Kesey and his LSD-enthused, California-based band of Merry Pranksters took the early 1960s by storm. Their antics reached a high point when they painted a bus, named it Further, and together traveled across the country to New York, a journey recently chronicled in the documentary "Magic Trip."
