Occupy DC, Stop the Machine meet up in Freedom Plaza
Protesters from around the country continued to gather in McPherson Square Thursday before joining the October 2011/Stop the Machine movement in Freedom Plaza.
At a news conference on Thursday morning, President Obama acknowledged the Occupy Wall Street movement at the same time D.C.'s own version joined the Stop the Machine protest in Freedom Plaza.
