Team Thomas' extracurricular activities
Ward 5 Councilman Harry Thomas Jr. settled a city lawsuit accusing him of spending $300,000 of grant money for his now-defunct nonprofit, Team Thomas, on a luxury SUV, golf, and travel, among other things. The scandal quieted down until earlier this month, when his home was searched by FBI and IRS agents. This one ain't over.
