Three-year-old Sammy Friel, whose Toys 'R' Us dragon outfit turns into a knight costume when folded inside-out, walked with his family in the parade and a group representing the Chinese Cultural Center. Sammy's older brother attends Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School.
