Restaurant Week's non-participants
Some of the top-rated restaurants in D.C. are happy to participate when Restaurant Week comes around. The following establishments, however, just don't need to cut anyone a deal.
Kushi
It makes sense that Kushi wouldn't participate in Restaurant Week -- you need way more than three courses to get the full experience at this Mt. Vernon Square sushi restaurant.
